Optima Design Pty Ltd is a family owned and run business which has been constructing homes for over 35 years both in the A.C.T and N.S.W. The father/son relationship allows both directors to supervise on all construction sites with particular attention to detail.

Optima Design have been involved in numerous types of construction with focus on implementing the latest building products which in turn produce a high quality standard. We have constructed, but are not limited in constructing; spec homes, contract homes, defence homes (DHA Housing) and numerous refurbishments to numerous properties such as the special needs facilities for Hartly Lifecare.

We have the capability to co-ordinate with designers and consultants to be able to produce a variety of modern and innovating designs to suit any clientele. In doing so, Optima Design have won multiple awards for their designs and construction in both multi unit sites and standard residential categories.
